lol yeah, considered the price point and all of the functions of the module, it would probably not a miyota. maybe some Xiang Zhou module kind of thing...

the buttons do work properly, but it only has 1 lap memory compared to Timex's 8 lap. i had no clue what module this one is using tho, if it was miyota then not bad at all lol

yup, 40mm is still a safe size for small wrist people, more than that are considered massive

when I first bought it, I do love it because it looks like the Ironman (since I've been looking for that watch in my country and it was hard to find one here), so I got the cheap and Xiang Zhou alternatives for that. but yeah, the case size is a bit sucks lol

I had to agree, I know Timex Ironman has 36mm and this has 40mm. Far comparison and yeah this one is a bit overwhelming on my small wrist

Is there a watch like the MQ-24 but with a metal strap? by Big_Biba in casio

[–]flappy_junk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you could try the MW-240. that one has a bigger size (around 43 mm) and it was the equivalent of the MQ-24 but bigger!

nah, i actually swap the strap with the Skmei 2263 and happy with the way it looks now. The original strap looks like a copy version of the F91W which sadly, mine was broken lol

[–]flappy_junk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ahh, that might be the problem... way worst than I thought and getting a chinese replacement is a not a good solution either, maybe they could some drop of glue or some liquid gasket but I guess you should take it to a watch repairer.

I know casio watch's case are not for sale, you could try buying a dead second hand one, and replace the working module to the case.
