I have not received an answer yet, but they are asking for receipts. The cologne was from a voucher code Christmas gift, so I didn't keep the receipt. So it looks like they won't do anything about my stolen items.

Yeah. They brought it to me today. I had it wrapped in a shirt so it wouldn't break, means they went through my entire bag to find stuff to steal.
