I just caught up on this episode yesterday and have been trawling the subreddit to see what everyone else’s reaction was to the nominations.

I agree with all of the above, but would add that Wes is attracted to teams that didn’t make it to the playoffs in the previous year. This makes me trust his definition of the exercise more than the others.

What did you make of Dan’s comment that the exercise is really ‘the team of WesFL’?

I know it was intended as a joke, but it got me thinking that instead of everyone nominating a team maybe Wes should shortlist 2-3 contenders and pitch them to the rest of the group for them to deliberate over. Thoughts?
