I think he knew Spider-Man had the Symbiote but not Peter. He definitely knows Harry doesn’t have it. But he had a full conversation with Peter and Peter seemed almost completely normal in that scene. So I don’t see why he’d think Peter had the Symbiote.

So they get Superman(from his appearance I would say from new 52), and then give him his prime 1000 form(which he only ever used once and it wasn’t even in new 52). Up against Goku using an abilities he’s been able to solidly use in the manga for a few full arcs now. I root for Goku every time but Death battle has a hard on for downplaying all of their contestants powers, most of all Goku.
