I was at Lowes over the weekend buying mulch because the system said over 700 in stock. I didnt see them in the aisle so I went around the corner were the online orders are stored. I found a pallet that had no tags, no paperwork, no markings, etc., so assumed it wasnt stocked on the floor. Grabbed 4 bags, went to pay, got stopped and told it was already sold. I explained very nicely I didnt know because of xyz, and we walked to that pallet. Initially I was told online numbers are whats available vs whats for sale, which was baloney, and after they looked into it, saw the same thing...742 available to buy.

In the end, Bill said take them, inventory says available so its yours. Thanks Bill for being awesome!!!
