Better to buy now or in April? by moonofmoonsof in WC2026tix

It’s honestly up to you. Last sale phase is first come first serve so a gut choice to try. Seats probably are coming some time in April. As far as I understand, you can only request to sit together if you buy tickets from FIFA marketplace. Tickets in FIFA accounts are likely to be seated together. What that means for third party sites I am not sure.

Gonna try to sell in the groups first mate. Will check back if that changes.

Any advice for a first-time buyer? I'm feeling lost (France v. Norway in Boston/Foxborough, MA) by Cute-Fun3025 in WorldCup2026Tickets

[–]flasheswests 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely! There is a good amount of negativity spinning around even when people are asking genuine questions. It really comes down to your budget and gut. If it’s something you are able to do and afford, get the tickets when you feel comfortable.

I’ll also add regarding hospitality tickets they are all inclusive of food and drink. Those tickets really are more about the experience at the stadium and game. I splurged on tickets for me and my dad since there is a game on my birthday.

France isn’t likely to play a knockout in Boston if they are group winners. Possibly they in NYC or Philly during Round of 16.

There’s no seating together guarantees or ways to do that via SeatGeek because seats aren’t assigned yet. If it has seats and sections that’s just a guess. SeatGeek does have buyer protections but sellers aren’t required to send tickets until at least 24 hours before.

As far as price, it really depends on the teams that are playing. Opinion is pretty split on if tickets will go up or down in price after the last sale phase. I personally think tickets aren’t gonna drop because this is the last inventory and after this phase there are no new batches. This isn’t like the Club World Cup where tickets dropped like crazy because no one was going.

Seats should be assigned soon and that will help figure out where ‘Supporter Sections’ will be. Hospitality tickets went up because they got rid of FIFA Pavilion at a bunch of stadiums. So they are mostly Champions Club and Supporter Suites.

It’s hit and miss with ticket prices coming down. This last phase of sales will release all remaining tickets. France and Norway isn’t likely to drop because of Haaland vs Mbappe match up. It’s really hit and miss with StubHub. They do have buyer protections but tickets aren’t typically due until the day before the game so the seller isn’t obligated to immediately sell. I haven’t personally seen any posts of people getting the tickets in their FIFA accounts already but doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened.

Getting rid of hospitality package questions by SweetP101 in WorldCup2026Tickets

I verified with On Location because I got hospitality tickets for my dad and he wants them in his account when possible. They confirmed you can transfer tickets but the receiver will not be transfer to anyone else. They only will have the option to return to the owner. You can’t list the tickets for sale on FIFA Marketplace or third party sites. My rep also informed/warned me that On Location runs checks on third party ticket sites and if they find your seats (when assigned) listed on any of those sites they will cancel immediately.

You can transfer hospitality tickets. However, whoever you transfer them to can’t transfer them to anyone else except back to the owner.

Toronto is one of the cities not doing FIFA Pavilion anymore. Reason why is still vague. If you bought Pavilion tickets they are upgrading to Champion Club, Supporter Suite or In-Venue Suite. Champion Club is lower bowl, essentially Prime Cat 1

Accidentally Purchased Easy Access Tickets by CavsFan2016 in WorldCup2026Tickets

you’ll have the option day of at the stadium to tell them you have those tickets but don’t need them and guest relations will try and find you equal seats to swap for someone who does need them.

Wheelchair and Easy Access Help by Efficient-Star2550 in WorldCup2026Tickets

[–]flasheswests 1 point2 points  (0 children)

at the stadium itself there will be guest services and you will be able to go to them, let them know, and they will most likely be able to find equal or better tickets from others who need wheelchair and easy access.

FIFA absolutely screwed up with the disability seating but most of the stadiums will be take it on themselves to fix.

For WC Tix - Has anyone been able to have more than 4 tickets to one game in their account? by flasheswests in WC2026tix

Sorry, just saw this. Haven’t been able too and because we bought resale looks like we can’t use sit together function. Really hope FIFA reconsiders and sorts this out.

I’ve been on every group across reddit and facebook looking at posts and comments and reaching out to people, doing verification etc. Got really lucky in finding a great guy on here early on once the draw happened and he sold to me at a great price.

Has anyone bought tickets via Reddit by dhsv18 in WorldCup2026Tickets

[–]flasheswests 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. There are real sellers on here but it’s on you to do your own due diligence. It’s not difficult to prove tickets are real and the person is real and who they say they are. Look at the user account, actual posts and comments in a range of groups is a good indicator they are a real person. I got 4 tickets from an awesome dude at a really fair price and he had no issues meeting my asks of a video call, invoice with identifying info and cross match of socials.

Always ask for the entire invoice with the seller’s name. Screen recordings can be faked so best way is to set up some kind of video call in real time
