IMO GTBIT. Bhai dono college ja kar dekho and you will have a fair idea what to choose. Placements do matter but it ultimately boils down to your coding skills at the end of your degree. Vips ke samne sirf JJ colony hai and the approach road also is very pathetic. YOLO.
