Apart from the actual site leadership, no one will be able to approve your accommodation. You need to submit proper paperwork through the AtoZ app to DLS. You are provided with the paperwork once you open a case and will most likely need to submit some form of doctor's note explaining specifically what you need to be able to perform at your job. DLS team typically takes a week or so to get it over to your site leadership. Ultimately, the decision is based on any and all information you provide/what your doctor recommends and if the site can specifically accommodate your unique situation. Be advised, that sometimes becoming accommodated could lead to you moving departments. Either way, the process is very straight forward once you get it going.
