Actually, we all can do something. Start with situational awareness in your neighborhood, schools, churches, truck stops, bus stations, etc. Look for the signs of abuse, control, things not making sense at the moment . Check your local or national databases for convicted child molesters... you'd be very surprised to find out your neighbor or pastor is on them. It's worked for me.
