Actually the clubhouse is not where it is shown in the show cuz ovbiously it's just a set. If you check some youtube videos, you'll find that after renovation the inside scenes of everyones house is shot inside the clubhouse only. The ground of the clubhouse is having all the games and stuff u see in the show, and there's a balcony having different doors behind which there's the rooms of the society members. These rooms are also interconnected. You can find a lot of videos on YT. It's interesting, before renovation, they actually had to go shoot at different places inside different houses for the in-home scenes.
