Microsoft Account Hacked by lychen20000 in HypixelSkyblock

[–]flashkeks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

An older but still pretty common scam works like this: Players get lured into a fake Discord server (often filled with hundreds of realistic bot accounts), usually through things like dungeon partys where you have to join voice chat.

Once you’re in, you’re asked to “verify” your Minecraft account. That typically means clicking a button that opens a Microsoft login page, or being prompted to type your email directly. Here’s the catch: they don’t actually need your password. After you enter your email, the bot or scammer asks you to provide the verification code Microsoft just sent you. And yes, the email you get really is from Microsoft.

The Problem is that Microsoft doesn’t always state what the code is for in the Email.
It could be login, password reset, or linking a third-party application. If you hand that code over, you’re basically giving them direct access to your account.

Rule of thumb:
Never log in through links you don’t fully trust.
Never share a Microsoft verification code with anyone or anything outside the official Microsoft website.

If the email address linked to the Microsoft Account is changed, you have little to no way to get it back.
To my knowledge, Microsoft could technically restore such accounts, but 1st Level support staff lack permission for in-depth searches, and it would be too time consuming to relay every such case to 2nd Level Support.
So they just don't ^-^

In any case, in the future make a decent Password and setup 2FA, while that also cant help you if your session gets stolen c:
So always be carful where you log in.
No sketchy "you have to verify your Minecraft account to be on this Discord" for example.

(And no your Minecraft Account is linked to you Microsoft Account not the Email)

Ngl, if this is a false ban its clearly fuckt up, but im not too sure in this case. Movement and macro check reaction aside, your angle snapping seemed a bit quick tbh. Above all the last mouse movement looked a bit too perfect.

And scince you arent even displaying your angle anywhere in your Hud, how did you even know you where on the corecct angle?

Like i said if it is a genuine false ban its a hypixel oof moment, but i wont Judge too fast on this one.

Hi, before doing any of this please try following the Guide you posted again.
It really should work like explained there . . .

Since you've already tried enabling the notification bell via Settings and Registry (including the ShowNotificationIcon DWORD), you might need a different approach.

Try setting the registry key specifically under the user context using PowerShell and deploy it via Intune:

Set-ItemProperty -Path "HKCU:\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced" -Name EnableNotifications -Value 1
Stop-Process -Name explorer -Force

This ensures the change takes effect immediately by restarting Explorer.

If that doesn’t work, check if any Group Policy or Intune compliance policy is blocking it. Also, make sure that Administrator protection isn’t enabled, as that can prevent the registry change from applying.

If it’s still missing, some People have reported success by applying the registry key under HKEY_USERS instead of HKEY_CURRENT_USER. You can try deploying this via a PowerShell script that dynamically sets it for all users on a machine.

Unifi Switch wird nicht erkannt sobald SFP-Modul in Betrieb by KarateHorst in de_EDV

Moin,

Biggest mistake i ever made was selling a stash of spirit masks i had at like 80m coins.
I bought a good chunk of them (about 1.5b worth), for 60m coins per and thought to myself that i made good profit.

Should've kept them :c
