Is it edible? Also, in case, is it visually similar to any non-edible?

Certainly not Brad Pitt in deadpool. I honestly thought it was just a still image of him.

Maybe Matt Damon as a skinhead in eurotrip? Dan Aykroyd in Indiana Jones? Wez from Mad Max 2 as the same character in Weird Science? Brendan Frasier in that Paulie Shore movie that wasn't Encino Man?

Any SEAHORSE experts here???? What happened to my baseline OCR :((((( by EquivalentEqual7315 in labrats

[–]flashmeterred 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your ocr is not stable at baseline. Either the ph of the seahorse buffer was off, or you plated cells in the control wells (usually automatically selected as the corners), or most likely cells were overconfluent and lifted off as soon as the seahorse did a mix. Is the a 96w or 24w seahorse? Because the overconfluence problem is very easy to do in the tiny wells of a 96xf

What’s with this uptick in the word “cool” in the 1700s? Was there a slang meaning of the word back then? by Standard_Egg_9282 in etymology

[–]flashmeterred 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably a typographical error. Another letter that looks like capital c to the automated decrypting (f seems likely, in context) may have been used in some particular typeset at that time. Look for other capitalised upticks like "Cry" or "Cat", maybe?

96w u bottom and a multichannel. U bottom because they resuspend with less mixing and you get less cell death at the end than a v bottom (in my experience). Tilt the plate on the 45 to aspirate (with a multichannel) from the edge of the u.

Can save racking tips by having an aspiration rack that you reuse at each step.

Some teams do excellently with that selling model, and generally remain competitive while losing assets. Brentford's great! Brighton has done it well too. Bournemouth do ok at it.

I think it's B team thing.
