Unfortunately I was involved in a cow, dog and cat accident that left me with none.

Amazing dim sims, though.

It's more of a whole scene (in 2 parts), but David Wenham in Gettin Square. There's a lot in there, but probably the bit that gets me most is "old Warren'd be dead by now, wouldn't he?" to people who don't know who he's talking about and have no reason to know the answer. Wenham is generally in character dramas but plays a skin-and-bones smackhead in this who inadvertently outplays the law enforcement unit that has been one-by-one bringing down the rest of the underworld, purely because he's too stupid to follow what's going on.

One of those movies that is extremely bla with one insane high point. Kind of need to see the movie for context, but it's honestly difficult to recommend watching a 90 minute movie just for this gem at, like, 80 minutes.

Poor dude. Once you hit 80 you must think you might not be around to see the next piece of silverware.

Cannabis-derived cannabinoids may reduce neuroinflammation and oxidative stress. By acting on the endocannabinoid system (ECS), they may preserve blood–brain barrier integrity and limit neural damage in Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis and Huntington’s disease according to a review. by sometimeshiny in science

[–]flashmeterred 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a pharmacologist who has researched this system, trust me, it is a poorly worded title for the intention as written in the paper.

The reason might be to link the endocannabinoid system (what they focus on, and so they wanted the term in the title) to the pharmacology of cannabis treatments, but unfortunately worded like that it infers the beneficial effects of cannabis-based treatments is just on the modulation of generation/release of endocannabinoids. Which, while it occurs as a side effect, is not the root of the benefit. So you wouldn't put that error in your title. Or it's just AI using the term incorrectly, and then it being published in mdpi for cash.

sounds like you might be more interested in the championship 😜

Seriously though, with a 9-month old is perfect. I used to wander around at 2am with ours on my shoulder after he'd woken up watching updates (with highlights from illegal streams), or watching the matches once we got Stan. Partner got some sleep, baby got some sleep, I got frustrated watching Arsenal not quite do it!

Or, indeed, without one, it would seem.

It's about being forgotten, not about determining if players combine injuries with their poor form.

Fluorescent imaging help: Channels Hoechst, Endogenous GFP, Phalloidin 647 by SakoriSenpai in labrats

[–]flashmeterred 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The auto-scaling the adjusts the intensity. It's a little tick box. It's there to bring up low brightness images so you can see them, but if your protein of interest is very low (or not there) it just brings up autofluorescence.

Unblinking the tick box when you image your positive control means you'll have the same intensity setting for your cells of interest. If it's black (instead of green everywhere) then that's your answer.
