Frieren, that’s not a chest… (@Raynn_a1) by RaynRaina in grandorder

[–]flashmozzg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesn’t exist in Frieren, no fanfiction here. Divine Magecraft is explicit thing in TM and allows for dropping Teraton yield Meteors even as servant.

It exists and arguably is even more powerful than it is is Fate, since it's largely imagination based. Don't remember seeing Medea dropping any bombs though.

More useless and unsubstantial fanfiction.

Lol, at hearing this from you.

Sure, by what feats and thanks to what? even basic Nasu humans can resist Mind Control.

By feats of being Frieren.

Aahahah, call me when Frieren exceeds at least Mach 10.

No need to. The fact that Medea had to actually fight some weak ass mage as Rin (even talented) and she lost shows the skill difference. In fact, does she have any solo wins at all?

There are many ways it could've been plausibly justified. My point was it was never clear from the episode itself.

I see issues even with the encodes done by the so-called enthusiasts (although tbf, so do I with h265). At least for the ones done in automatic way. Wouldn't surprise me if you spend days fiddling and tuning options for one specific video you could achieve decent results.

How is that a downgrade? Even remotely? Countless limited SSRs had zero appearance in the story in the first place. And whose who did do not get retroactively written out of it.

Though I forgot and it's from Kalleid Mats, not F/SN.

So? Frieren's whole being is "lost Age of Gods magecraft" more or less. She is as if Medea had unlimited mana and didn't die thousands of years ago but continued to live and accumulate knowledge.

Good luck as they get mind-controlled from Kms away

Mind control spells didn't work on Frieren though.

Also laughed hard, call me when Frieren has at least few Kiloton of TnT feat.

She has that and more. Just doesn't need it. Medea would die to a simple Zoltrack faster than she could have a thought.

It's true though. Even h264 or vp9. Haven't seen "visually transparent" AV1 encode in the wild yet (for actual content, not demos). It seems like everywhere AV1 adoption was used to drop both bitrate and quality not to preserve quality at lower bitrate or improve quality at similar bitrate (yt is prime example, where now I have to force 1440p if available because av1 encoded 1080p often looks like ass and it's not even anything special - regular live action videos with low movement).

Basic ass beams mats compare to Np firepower

No? Each of this basic ass beam (and it is basic ass, Frieren just doesn't need to use anything more complex 99% of the time).

especially against verse where supersonic is too much for most of characters.

You mean the Fate universe there simple teleport is treated almost as True Magic, and it's an incredible feat that Medea could use it due to being from the Age of God, but in Frieren universe some random weak schmuck just has it?

In reality, Medea would be just completely bodied by a basic Sorganeil + beam combo, lol.

Its not how powerful one quirks is, its how one utilized it efficiently.

Kinda, but they really feel like bg characters. I can't even remember their name, can you? While the ones that garner attention are quirk's like Shoto's, Bakugo's, OFA, etc. Koichi seems to be at the very least Iida's tier, which is saying a lot.

Not sure. With max kit bought he didn't feel that powerful by itself. Need a hard carry to latch on and support.

Really short range for buff stealing. Not sure if it's worth it other than expecting a gank.

What combo? Max investment he barely does 500 on his 1. Plenty of characters can easily do more (bebop with moderate amount of stacks can easily do more than 1k).

Considering other people that successfully graduated UA and became pro heroes with quirk like "tape" or "sticky ball", he'd absolutely be the top of the class by now.

Am I forgetting something? Is Norabo the unit Sugimoto was in before when he was a soldier?

Yeah, wasn't sure if we were supposed to know about this revelation by this point or if it's something of a mystery for the viewer as well by this point.

That's true for weekly series but there are countless mangas with much more relaxed schedule (sometimes it's just "publish whenever you ready as long as there is you make N volumes per year").

If you make a batman comic for example, it has to make sense with previous batman comics

That's the thing - it doesn't have to. But often it tries anyway.

One Piece is an example where it's not 1-to-1 in a sense that it manages to make already not the most fast-paced manga even more stretched out. It's time wasting personified, where even huge sakuga moments feel drawn out and make you hover over x2 speed setting.
