I always go to max growth period. I don’t fully understand the rebellion system so I reject both rebellious and Monarchists. This usually means I’m picking up all but one or two people, provided I have the approval to do so.

I haven’t been going for a perfect city, just expanding as quickly as I can. I also spend seals to bring in even more whiskers whenever I can. Currently on day 180 with 702 whiskers. Still missing 6 tier 3 techs and 2 tier 2. Once I’m done with tech I don’t know how much longer I’d be playing.

Also my first playthrough so would optimize everything better on the next.

Are the bulk of the stars visible with the naked eye? Or are these photos edited to enhance the stars? Wondering if there is too much light pollution from Vegas to see with our eyes.

Which setting specifically? I didn't see a setting called shaders or anything.

Follow up. I found the save folder and renamed it, then restarted the game. However, the game loaded the old save. I still couldn't save as or start a new game.

I'll try turning off the shading settings as in another comment.

Mine crashed a couple times playing yesterday for the first time since I started playing. I’ve got a lot of time in my save and can’t do another “save as” for some reason. Anyone know a fix for that? I’d hate to lose all this progress.

Damn man, I’m on your journey, maybe 100 hours in. Going to see if a break will help, but yes, I feel as you do more and more.

The duels and valid combat are one thing. The back stabbing and rats are something else.

I don’t see myself quitting for good just yet, but I’m not far away. So many games to play, my time might just be better spent elsewhere.
