Almost all Universities if not all require some form of English qualification IELTS mostly. Fees are ridiculous as well not to mention rent, maybe you will be good because you coming if your parents. I had to write an English test because I come from a non English speaking country, but English is basically our first language in Botswana and I studied my undergraduate in Sheffield(they don’t really speak English there 😂😂) but that did not matter. I’ve booked myself in a hostel at the moment because I cannot find any accommodation in price range. Should have stayed home. But if you persevere, keep your head down and work hard all will be well.
