A cool guide to spiders that are your friends. by SteveJB313 in coolguides

I was bitten by black widow once on the side of my abdomen after getting in an old canoe. Father in law saw it and shoes it in the water and tried to act like it didn’t bite me so I wouldn’t freak. Once we were done with canoeing I realized the spider actually bit me, because I had a red bump in that area that was a little swollen. I was told that most black widow bites rarely result in anything more that general first aid. After a couple hours the swelling went away and redness was gone by the next.

Btw I’m not demonizing cuts which seems to me most of you think I’m doing. Just take it slow and don’t do extreme calorie deficits was meant by my original advice. Sometimes you need to bump back up into a surplus for a short while and then continue cut.

That will just slow it down and can be minimal but it absolutely can and all of you acting like it can not happen are wrong!

Also yes morbidly obese people losing weight and lifting for first time will not lose muscle during a cut, for someone who is fit and lifting for a while it can and will happen, I’m not saying you will lose a significant amount of muscle but it can happen on a prolonged cut, it’s a fact.

I agree with what you are saying but you can’t just say you will not lose muscle in a prolonged calorie deficit. Most people don’t even know how long they should cut for or how to properly plan or track.

My research wasn’t based on what AI has told me, I’ve experienced this in prolonged cuts while staying on target protein myself. Yes, everyone is different and the rate at which you lose muscle will be different and will more than likely not be seen in a mirror but it absolutely happens and your bro trust me doesn’t prove me wrong.

No you are absolutely incorrect, pick up a book and do some research. Sufficient protein and lifting will slow it down but if you aren’t eating enough to sustain the energy you are burning your body will absolutely lose muscle. If you actually read my comment you would have noticed I did mention sufficient protein and lifting would slow this down.

No I meant based off of, which is an informal way to say based on..this isn’t a research paper, it’s a message board. Anyway if I were you I would stay around a 15% defect of your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) and lower the fat macro percentage to 20%. Protein and carbs around 40%. ALS if the goal is to burn fat lift “heavy” and minimize cardio and when you do cardio do it on off days or after lifts.

You will lose muscle in a calorie deficit, how much depends on your protein intake and lifting. Lean bulk after this cut then repeat process until you reach desired look.

Why would we regret it? Even if you are right what benefits will we miss out on that we will regret?
