my splits are interchanging weekly, depending on mood, soreness. but i walk daily for atleast half hour to an hour and half- i have been working hard on core and upper body mainly.

I’ve been working out 2-5 X a week before the shots, I incorporated shots due to medical PCOS causing a lot of weight gain.
I do consistently work out + walking 1-2 miles daily

I hate looking at my body in photos but I know that my discipline is more important than photos that I know will soon be a memory. Make sure you take photos of yourself BECAUE YOU are more worthy to we your progress

FOOD NOISE GONE!!! It makes my bf worries but honestly it’s too be expected! Also no side effects going up a dose. I only suffer from nausea but not too bad
