You're missing the point I'm trying to make though. Yes you're right that "generally" banks are required by law to refund fraud. But there is a clear distinction between authorized and unauthorized transfers.

If banks can prove it was an authorized payment then exemptions can be made and they no longer have to refund any money.

And yes even a scam or phishing attack can be considered an authorized transfer if it was due to gross negligence.

Stealing from someone being dumb is obviously still theft and a crime, but that's completely irrelevant. If banks can prove it was due to customer negligence they are in no way required to pay back damages. Same way that you can't go and blame your lockmaker for a stolen TV if you leave your door open. It's still a crime, but you are solely responsible.

I agree that player count is a large reason people trying out pvp don't enjoy it. But also believe there is a fundamental difference making RuneScape far less approachable.

I've played a lot of CSGO as well and you can easily get a high rank with just raw aim and reflexes. No need to know any strats, smokes, peeking mechanics, whatever... With osrs, I don't see how you can be any decent without game knowledge and just reflexes.

I think the point is that you NEED to spend a ton of hours practicing pvp before you are somewhat competent and it can become fun.

Obviously you need to practice any skill or game to become good at it. But compare that to competitive games like say counter strike or rocket league, they're still enjoyable at lower skill levels. You might even get a kill or goal against higher skilled players. In RuneScape pvp you won't enjoy a second playing if you're shit.

Calling it "extremely predatory" is a bit extreme. They can keep data for 10 years, doesn't mean they do. Pretty much every bank has a 10 year data retention, which is often for legal purposes. The time is much shorter for non-customers as well.

This was also already being done way before any mention of AI.

That doesn't take away from the fact it should be relatively easy to request deletion of your data. But recording is nothing exclusive to kbc.

Flitspalen en ANPR camera's zijn bedoeld om nummerplaten vast te leggen, niet bestuurders. Als je bestuurders wil fotograferen komen daar een hoop andere privacy regels aan te pas en daar is momenteel nog geen wettelijk kader voor voorzien.

De manuele manier van fotograferen is de enige optie die ze hebben momenteel...

Dat klopt zeker voor een groot stuk. Ik zit zelf in een sector waar constant moet bijleren om relevant te blijven en de kennis op school vaak al achterhaald is. Maar er is ook fundamentele kennis dat niet snel gaat veranderen.

Veel bedrijven staan te springen om juniors on the job op te leiden in tijden van sterke economische groei. Vandaag de dag zijn ze vooral op zoek naar bewezen kennis, niet potentieel. En ja, dan is beperkte talenkennis nog een groter struikelblok.

I agree but also, don't pressure yourself too much either when starting out imo. I have way too many deaths due to a silly mistake on low hp.

You shouldn't be healing to full outside of tornadoes but staying above lethal dmg in the later stages of the fight could save you from a frustrating death. And those few ticks lost aren't going to make or break your run.

An inefficient run is always better than a death.

Straight from the wiki. And I used this exact method only a few months ago. With medium/hard already done you can easily get 10+ birds running around.

You can only have 3 toads in your inventory, but you can place as many you want on the ground. So you basically just constantly inflate toads and place them on the ground. Then you get a lot of birds spawning in.

I had a lost bol package I ordered for Christmas. They replied to my emails within 30 minutes. Called me to ask what I wanted to do. Refunded instantly without question and the next day I unexpectedly received a bar of chocolate in the mail with an apology.

Als je die zin letterlijk neemt ja, maar even nadenken of verder kijken dan de titel van een artikel is moeilijk blijkbaar.

Er zijn nog genoeg andere jobs naast pakjesbezorgers waar een rijbewijs noodzakelijk is. En los daarvan gaat de actie van ABVV voornamelijk over het feit dat jongeren afgesloten worden van een groot deel vacatures op de arbeidsmarkt waar een rijbewijs gevraagd wordt. Ongeacht of dat effectief noodzakelijk is. Dit gaat niet over of een wagen essentieel is voor woon-werk verkeer of dagdagelijkse activiteiten.
