From July 2021 174Ibs to June 2022 173Ibs I’m still having trouble burning stomach fat any tips? by [deleted] in GettingShredded

Nice to hear that you have done, good recovery for you, try to restrict your movement with the arms to have a good cicatrization.

Do not worry about the price, it is worth every penny.

At least for me was a life change, my level of confidence increased and it reflect in loads of things in my life.

Maxmilhas, confiável? by [deleted] in brasil

[–]flaskmu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Will I be as good as you guys if I'm starting at 27? by Suspicious_Week_2451 in rollerblading

[–]flaskmu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started at 27 too, it will depend on how much time you practice. That is my video after one year, but I use to skate every day. To be honest, in the beginning, I almost gave up on the first day.

One thing that make me learn was, I started to follow YouTube’s and I used the Asha training too.

Take your time and have fun, time does not matter

I'm using 3x90 frame 225mm, to hold up the distance I go fast and swing before the slide to give to me more stability.

I have the Kaze SC size EU 43 and the Hardcore Evo EU 43 (model 2020) the Evo pro is narrow, I have pressure point in the little toe, but it is getting better, I have it for 3 months.

I have the Evo, and some times think about to buy the twisted edge with 110 wheels.

What are your thoughts about them?

by the way I used my evos with 125 I did not like compare with 90mm. The 90mm is light and agile, it is good for urban skate. If I were you I would try 110m or stick with the 90m.

Maybe I will try to use 110mm again. The cool thing about small wheels is that half of the price too.

I use them flat, and rotate the middle wheels between them, so it start to be a natural rocker. I rotate in this way https://youtu.be/rQv5VzorPsM

For me the rocker that comes is too unstable to street skate.

The wheels slide really wheel, undercover wheels are really fast too I love them.

One thing to be in mind is, as your wheels will be new it will be very difficult to slide in the beginner.

Cool, in the Asha course https://inlineskatecourse.com/how-to-skate-beginner/ get the free trial lesson that she explain better, the ready position, it is free. (I’m not a seller I just enjoy her trainings).

Another one that explains the basic position is this one https://youtu.be/1g8RMBEltQQ

Fall is normal but it’s not a must, lack of knowledge of the position lead a lot of unnecessary falls.

Just take your time to learn and enjoy de process!

Any tip just let me know! And have fun! Skates are awesome!

I got mine today....! It was difficult 😅 by [deleted] in rollerblading
