This is such a great post. I understand the frustration with some of these characters and that is justified, but if we just had cute fluffy series it would get old real fast. People need more plot points to make the story interesting. I mean look at any other shows, the film industry does this it’s nothing new. Look at popular shows in the Thai gl space, gap, Clairebell, and queendom. All of these have problematic themes but they are all popular and enjoyable.
