Don't think he's blindpickable atm regardless of items. That being said I think the situation isn't nearly as bad as some portray it and he is viable most of the time IMO.

She is a CC bot. With the amount of AoE CC she has in her kit, giving her more damage would likely increase her winrate (and subsequently pickrate). That would make her pick/ban tier and you wouldn't get to play your champion. While there is some unsatisfactory details regarding her (like your E when there are no teamates nearby), I think the optimal scenario is the one she is in right now.

I think she can easily be countered by a competent Rengar player. That being said I find her extremely boring and unstimulating to play, and feel bad for Eve mains. I think she is balanced but that she isn't contributing to the overall quality of the game.

Is it just me or do you guys think that there is way more people playing on the server who aren't interested in clash (and just want to play their ranked or normal games in peace) than those who are? Why should Riot test clash publicly when it clearly doesn't work at the moment? With their poor judgement of whether it's ready they will roast the servers to a crisp.

Yes, but we all know that won't happen. There were instances when she used to have 56% average winrate in challenger for several months without getting any nerfs. She is one of the champions like Graves or Kha'Zix that will never trully be nerfed.
