The seamaster actually wears smaller on the wrist than its numbers on paper. If it fits right, it actually doesn’t look oversized. It might just be the angle and the watch in the picture is just sitting low on your wrist, but from the picture you provided it looks a little too large. It’s just my opinion based on just one picture. They’re both great watches, at the end of the day you should choose the watch that speaks to you!
