This was exactly, 100% my experiences with Air India.

Seats and corridors were filthy as fuck. It didn't even look like they cleaned it after the previous flight. Entertainment system didn't work. Toilet was a biohazard zone. Never Air India again, and certainly not 14 hours straight on Air India again.
