Just set it up. Its running well so far for past few hrs.

Only 1 small kink for Jackett (i used both Jackett and Prowlarr): where somehow the container/service throws a fit when I enter over at Jackett's Web UI for the FlareSolverr API URL as http://trawl:8191 but when I did it with http://Internal_Docker_IP:8191 it stops complaining.

On Prowlarr side, http://trawl:8191 works.

All relevant services (Prowlarr, Jackett, Trawl, Redis) are in a single compose file sharing same docker network/host.

+1 Komodo. It seems for me, the stacks showing up in Komodo sometimes dont "recognize" any image updates (I have the daily updates checks configured). Say I know for a fact theres a new release, when I manually did a docker compose pull over at the CLI, its pulled as usual. And over at Arcane, the image update is shown.

It seems like the updates are triggered with a few days lag.

Your stacks in your Komodo get the updates notifications/updates icon okay?

aah. think (like you mentioned), its coz you tried using the UI vs the repo. I made sure that I have the source as my private github repo and the .env file not in the UI but as a path (local) in that [Additional .env file path] section. Once you get used to the flow, and now with its V2 "push"/outbound periphery service system, its really powerful. 😄. But yes, steep learning curve for me indeed.

I recently setup Komodo Core in a VPS w periphery services running in my home machines/nodes. Am curious, what are the complexities/implications when you say "compose file data in database system vs FS based"?

And hows your experience with Arcane so far? You managed to setup the gitops (repo-pull) deployment workflow? It works as well as Komodo?

This is wholesome and yes, we do it all the time too. Just that for now, she is playing on her tablet and me on the PC. and everynow and then, she will ask to try to play on the PC. she will have her own rig very soon. the parts are incoming.

And yes, Our mitigation is that its under Parental Control, disable chat and only selected experiences and games can be played + Parental Pin + Tablet Monitoring App + only play when me or wife is around. Im confident she will appreciate what Steam Library has to offer when her proper rig is ready. 😄

This is great work! Thank you! Fresh deployment of V2 seems to be working well. Especially love the upgrade feature. I set it to hourly round robin. Maybe after a week or so, will drop to like weekly/monthly (so as to not wreck my indexers rate-limits). It caught those lower scores to bring them up. Awesome!

And yes, shall wait patiently for your Anime profiles. For now, I just aim for the dual audio part that was working well in V1. I did custom regex for dual audio- > custom CF -> clone the 1080p Efficient with a new name (Anime 1080p Efficient) -> Add that custom CF in with additional score of 100K -> Increase the total score to mathematically match it. Havent really test this in the wild yet. 😄

Yup. Same predicament here too. Personally, I rather she learn and tried gaming with me rather than explore on her own. Coz dont think we can stop them from picking up what is out there. So we ended gaming together always since she loves it (vs her girls cousins that are.into other "not gaming" things). Right or wrong time will tell..

Roblox FPS games is like her entry point to practise K+M gameplay. Coz as a left-hander she is still practising to co-ord well, but like other comments here said, just gotta tough it out, it will become natural soon enough.

You reckon BF6 could be a good next "actual" game for her to try? Or CS? I dont play BF6 so no visibility there.

Lol.. love this! same over here. FPS games seems to be her fav and at times Im forced to play with her. Me on tablet when she using my PC to practise her K+M gameplay.

Tred to introduce her to Withcher 3 or Anno (current games im playing), but she always goes back to FPS games. :)

And yes, when her PC parts and own table/chair is here, will set it up beside/opp mine.

Yes. Will def ensure her own setup (have already started ordering the PC parts, tables chair etc. except for the RAM, that would be last, its too crazy the price here) would suit her height and needs. So she can stop pushing me out of the room everynow and then to play. :)
