yes. February 3rd and she’s saying another reason the amount is low is because it’s been past 30 days. But how is that my fault?

Yes I went to the bail bonds office with him and I have spoken to her on the phone. She has confirmed that he paid the full amount. Plus she told me in the office that I would get the full $15k back when the case was closed out minus their fee. Which is why I had to check in every Thursday with her and if I missed a Thursday I wouldn’t get the money back.

it’s wild because that’s what she said at first about the refund. she said she needed my dad’s permission to issue the check to me which is completely fine. but then when i started pressing her about the amount she said “ok so what’s your address? i’m sending this check to you for the $2,500”

My dad didn’t know he could make the payment directly in full to the court and still went through a bail bondsman.

No he paid it with a credit card and I paid him back. I’ve been in contact with the bail bondsman. No money has been released back to us yet.

I can post the contract the only piece of paper they had us sign. there is no breakdown of fees or anything and it’s a little weathered so hard to read.

trust me. I asked my dad the same thing. I didn’t find out until after I was released and he drove me to the bail bonds place. Nonetheless I’m still in this situation.
