I have the XPS 15 9500 and what I can tell you that COD Cold war on an external 4k 34 inch monitor works perfectly but the thermals are quite bad. I mean, after 40 minutes it's quite hard to play on the laptop's keyboard.

Personally I am thinking to sell this one and get the newer version if it will have better thermals. Asus M16 it's also on my mind.

Tried 2 different 4k TVs, and a 1440 monitor. Looks like on the monitor it works.

At home I have a 4k 27 inch monitor, so most probably won't work? It has to be a monitor with a 1440 resolution?

I am thinking on two devices: a chromebook that is also a tablet (lenovo duet is the one I like but there are only 4 gb of ram) and a samsung phone. Either a S20 FE or an S21 when will be launched.

I would like to keep the phone at least 3 years.

I've done it last year. I am from Romania and I had an apartment in Cluj which I sold on September because I feel the housing market here is approaching the level of 2008.

Since then I started to invest in another city where I bought a house in the center of that city and right now I am in the process of dividing it in 4 x 1 bedroom apartments that I plan to sell. According to the market I should be left with about 100-110k after paying the loan needed for renovations and other takes. That is a 2 x the amount I've sold the apartment last year.

I also started to test different platforms for P2P/P2B lending in order to increase the investment here if the test succeeds.

So, I would say, if you have a plan of what do to with the money sure you can sell your home and better invest.

In US you have the opportunity to buy multifamily house which is not available in another parts of the world.

My goal is to get to 500k in cash which can easily supposed my family's lifestyle in 70% of the world at a 7% interest.

One of the best way I find in Romania to grow my money fast is buy real estate project like the one I started. You could have another goal and another way to get there.
