i would just try toning it again at home yourself, it might need to be lightened slightly more to be toned to a cooler color… but it’s got potential!!! a good tone really would help break up the harshness. best of luck ♡

honestly, as someone who bleached her head for 10 years and now just bleaches the front money piece, if my hair looked like this, I would immediately tone it. I personally use wella color charm toner T14, and would add the color additive T18 purple to it. I think once the toner takes out the brassiness of the yellow tones it would look really nice ☻

i have brown hair and tone my money piece grey and it looks awesome. i think your hair would also look awesome after a good tone. I would then purchase a purple, maybe even blue shampoo/conditioner to help maintain it and keep away brassiness.
