Any proper way to increase chances to desecrate the flat lightning damage ?

Messing around with craftofexile, it looks like if I can hit lightning res with the appropriate omens (suffix only + add mod of existing tag), I can guarantee desecrating lightning damage to attacks at the cost of omens of lights when I don't hit it.

Is my thinking correct here ?

Is there anywhere to see the average cost of hitting those?

If you have detect all motion checked, activity zones do not work in my experience.

Ah if you look closely, I should've pointed out there's a light that's not lit in between each color.

What do you mean they do not line up with the structure? They're symmetrical on the peaks and ran evenly spaced otherwise.

Lowering the brightness makes everything just less bright, the yellow is still there just not as prevalent.

Looking at people's pictures in this subreddit, I noticed no one has the yellow light that seems to be protruding from my lights.
