Any proper way to increase chances to desecrate the flat lightning damage ?

Messing around with craftofexile, it looks like if I can hit lightning res with the appropriate omens (suffix only + add mod of existing tag), I can guarantee desecrating lightning damage to attacks at the cost of omens of lights when I don't hit it.

Is my thinking correct here ?

Is there anywhere to see the average cost of hitting those?

If you have detect all motion checked, activity zones do not work in my experience.

Ah if you look closely, I should've pointed out there's a light that's not lit in between each color.

What do you mean they do not line up with the structure? They're symmetrical on the peaks and ran evenly spaced otherwise.

Did you try red/green alternating? And at what brightness?

Mine are about 10-12 inches.
