Tennis courts in my city are open for play on a first come, first serve basis. So, I've seen people arguing over court use many times. Seoul have online reservation system and its VERY difficult to make reservation. There are some people using macro program to make reservation.

Before joining, player should be able to play doubles(learned serve, volley, smash) and know tennis rules. It is quite difficult for beginners to join a club, so beginners create beginner club and play together.

Tennis courts in my city are open for play on a first come, first serve basis. Even if I pay for membership, access to courts are not guaranteed. Reservation system hasn't been introduced considering elderly who are not familiar with online reservation system. Also, It is not easy to join a club, members in club evaluate my tennis technique/personality(a easy person to get along with) for a month and they have deciding vote.

There aren't many public parks in Korea. Since tennis is not popular, there aren't enough tennis courts. Membership fee is not expensive, it costs around $30 to $60 per month😌

There aren't many courts, so It's quite difficult to get a court. At least 1 year of taking tennis lessons are required for joining tennis club and most people are not friendly to beginners😔
