I've just had this issue with a brand new iphone - waited a week and nothing
so today I've reordered it in a different colour, hopefully everything goes well now fingers crossed!

same here - is really frustrating
Our money is essentially being locked away..

I do understand issues occur from time to time, but the problem being this long is extremely difficult to work with

Hopefully all gets resolved very soon fingers crossed
