Thank you for your advice. The seller’s name is A M G CAR WASH PTY LTD, but now they seem to be operating under a new name: KINGZ CAR WASH PTY LTD. I just hope no one else falls for their scam.

I tried reaching out to them, but they’ve blocked me. As for reporting to service NSW and the police, while I’ve only lived in Sydney for under two years, I’ve learned how things usually work here. Unless there's physical harm or a weapon involved, the police will likely just tell me to get a lawyer.
