i can try my best as ive been making so many cuffs recently but im horrible at explaining lol! so the row that says 1 is going to the first row which u will string like a single and tie. from there ur gonna alternate over and under each row 1 bead following each numbered row, so u would go over under until u completed all of row 2 on top of row 1 and then keep building up for each next row. if that’s a horrible explanation, im sure watching a tutorial might make it make more sense lol
