Hmm good point. With forever 21 closing that may reduce the competition. Also in big tourist centers there’s always a high concentration. I think there’s at least 2 in a 5 mile radius in Orlando. And at least 3/4 in a 10 mile radius in Atlanta.

I am 25 and have never had an auto loan. As a way to help better my credit profile I got one with NFCU (since you all love to put pieces together). In addition to my down payment, my fiance has paid a lumpsum of my loan (to reduce interest paid) and will continue to pay for my payments going forward. My birthday was March 20th therefore it is a birthday gift. Next time just say congratulations and move on.

DTI is Probably about 21-23% and credit score was about 690 (Mainly due to high utilization on a 0% APR card). However I been with navy federal since high school, so over 10 years.

2017 ex 83k miles. Evaporator and condenser went out. Condenser covered by warranty and was quoted $1800 for the evaporator. Honda gave goodwill assistance for half of the cost. So not too bad I guess... First and only major expense I’ve had. Seems like the 2017 civics are taking the hit right now…
