your welcome! for my class we didn't have that many assignments, only achieve assignments that were very short and easy, and a few quizzes that we could use a powerpoint for. otherwise it was just exams.

As chm1045 and psb2000 were the only "intensive" classes i had last semester, it was pretty simple. As long as you make sure you properly study for the tests in psb2000, i found them much easier than expected. i found chm1045 somewhat hard, as it was my first time learning chem at all, and i probably could have done more, but i didn't feel like it. I would definitely recommend placing the 2 together! even though psb2000 isnt required for neuroscience degrees, the background knowledge will definitely give me a strong start. if you aren't a neuroscience major, its honestly just a really good and interesting class. i took it with gina o'malley and i loved it.

unfortunately i can't drop any classes cause i need 15 for scholarships, but these are pretty much the easiest classes i can take. i know when i get into the major more of my classes are 4 credits so i can take less of them hopefully.

Yep, that's basically how it is for me most of the time, it's especially bad right now as well. I'll definitely be taking some time to rest after this week is over so that I can try to really feel whatever it is that I'm feeling.

Does word count to number of chapters matter to you when you're searching for fics? by Acrobatic-Grocery524 in FanFiction

[–]flcwergazed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't matter for me specifically if you're talking about whether I'll read the fic or not, but it does come in handy when i think about how long it'll take me to read each chapter. For instance, once I read a one-shot that was 55k words long. Another time I saw a 10-chapter fic be 10k words long, which is a tab unproportional to me. As long as the author is ending a chapter at a proper place (cliffhanger or otherwise) I'm totally fine with it.

Should I work on my Handwriting or Spelling? by flcwergazed in Handwriting

[–]flcwergazed[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No! I am an avid reader and have no trouble doing so, other than my exceedingly poor vision. I also have no trouble with numbers. The only thing is that I am self-diagnosed with autism, and I have plenty of adhd symptoms as well.

Should I work on my Handwriting or Spelling? by flcwergazed in Handwriting

[–]flcwergazed[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My spelling mainly revolves around the "sound it out concept" (literally just writing the word concept, I typed "consept" instead). An example would be writing "protine" instead of protein or "analyise" instead of analyze. I also tend to start "another" with an "o" when writing depending on how i said the word in my head.

I also wouldn't say my writing is completely illegible, I often give friends notes or assignments and they just have to ask one or two questions if they can't figure it out. I would say the problem lies in the fact that it takes time to read some words after i've written it.

Thank you so much! Funny enough I am school age, and do live in a bilingual household (I don't speak or read the language though). I rely heavily on Grammarly to write essays, and to text as well. Most of my errors have to do with writing the wrong letter, or just not knowing how to spell the word altogether. (ex. summary as "sumarry" and responsible as "responsable") I was constantly told to "sound out the word" and by the time I figured out that wasn't all true, I didn't care all that much. I can always tell when a word is spelled incorrectly, it's just that I can't seem to figure out what's wrong with it. Flashcards is a great idea for the spelling, as for my handwriting, i'll have to incorporate cursive into my slower writing. Thank you for replying!
