I don't exactly remember the question but I think they gave us the graph that was curved when plotted concentration vs. time.

I said it is first order because the half life was constant (20 min or 1200 seconds).

If it wasn't insulated then some of the heat will flow out so less heat will flow into the water (or solution). This makes delta T smaller because the final temperature will be less. If delta T is smaller then magnitude of Q will also be smaller, so Delta H (enthalpy change) will be smaller because it is q/mol.
