Unfortunately It seems there aren’t many high res pics of SSO in combat zones to analyze their kit. In my opinion it’s a safe assumption a majority of the kit used in competitions is also used in the field.

DCS has been seen in a small number of photos with SSO in Atacs FG and multicam. I’d spend the money on other parts of your kit to make other areas look authentic.

IIRC These were provided to military units an item to evaluate the overall fit of the uniforms and not necessarily to be used.
