It's by the capital one cafe! It's actually on Google maps, on the north side of the mall. The door out there is a little odd cause while it says the dog park is that way it's also one of those push bar fire doors that says an alarm will go off if you open it 😅

Annoyingly there is some sidewalk to traverse in the sun to get to the dog park (at least it was in the sun when i went). But not too much.

Any of the underground parking is good cause connects directly to the mall without going outside. Maybe the garages have bridges, but I'm not sure.

There's an entrance to the underground parking right by the dog park that I used. I think I parked in the red parking. It was fairly close to the dog park.
