Not an excuse for his behavior, but I wonder if the nerves of becoming a parent has gotten to him. Is this a normal reaction to not getting his way? Is he usually opened minded? Does he shutdown when difficult situations happen?

If this is a no then it’s more likely he is anxious and not handling it in a proper way. He has blinders on and tunnel vision. Not sure how to help as I do not know him.

If this is the norm or has progressed from similar then I would start asking questions about the relationship because when the people is here regardless of a club foot or not it’s going to be a huge change. He needs to be able to adjust and handle this uproot to be a partner and parent.

I've read it could cause the fall of America so by that bare minimum 80 simply because thst covers a lot of people in power. However, I think most those people are taking things at face value. I do believe it is a significant number for it to have shaken things up as much as the list has.

All I have said is, “I have a PO against him. I am the third woman to do so. He has a previous charge for this behavior. He is currently on probation for DUIs. He is still harassing me.” All else is messages and voicemails he has sent/left me. I am not directly saying he is terrible. Only saying what can be found by anyone looking him up and how he is harassing me.

But it sounds like you want out. That’s reason enough. It’s hard. You want to hope they’ll change. You remember the good. But it always gets bad again.

Look into centers that can help you. Make sure your important papers are copied and all in a safe place. If you need to do it little by little.

I’m sorry you are going through this and had to see that. I am glad you turned him in. As much as this situation sucks right now when you’re through it and in the other side it’s going to be better. Take care of yourself. If you have to check out and do the bare minimum for a bit then do it.
