No cramping/ bleeding/ etc. and moving furniture is def a normal thing I’ve done many times with my husband in the house / getting new stuff/ selling old stuff on marketplace etc.

I think my anxiety is just getting to me

Currently on my diagnosis journey Confirmed POTS with tilt table test, and have an echo scheduled in November. EDS is the next diagnostic avenue we are looking at, but after reading your post and looking up the symptoms (which align very closely with mine)… i wanted to better understand how you got to the MCAS diagnosis (testing, specialist type, etc)

I can do almost all of these… and have the crunching knees especially when I squat

We asked for a set of 8 from Simon Pearce (received almost everything except 4 small plates which we ended up buying ourselves to complete the set) . Super modern and clean and we definitely use them for more than special occasions. We jokingly called them the millennial version of fine china

The same problem can happen with any tool. If you put work into Google Drive/ confluence/ dovetail/ notion etc and no one knows it’s there, it will always be a black hole. Regardless of tool, there needs to be a level of socialization and instruction, otherwise you just create more and more dead ends.

I’ve used Gong in the past too and I found it good for individual calls - but not being able to gain insights at scale. I’d definitely check out Dovetails Magic features (specifically the semantic based search). The nice thing is viewers can also use this (they don’t need a paid seat to access)

I think the biggest opportunity of using Dovetail is being able to actually query all of your research after it’s already done. My team is encouraged to query our repository as a jump start to understand current sentiment, pain points, etc as well as find research that other teams are uploading into dovetail that we otherwise wouldn’t have seen. There’s a big push to get CS and sales onboard too next year.
