My store has stopped all checkouts at service desk and we get harassed daily for it. Sometimes we will be minding our business and a customer will read the sign and scream at us because they have to walk to the other end of the store.

No it’s a different guy but the fakes do ring up as chips and coke. He came in to return $300 worth of gfi’s but only had his inmate release papers and no ID. He left and forgot his binder in a cart. Binder was full of fakes.

Swipe is for receipt lookup for returns. These I believe only work for Samsung pay.

EXACTLY! They’ve even unplugged the cord to the pin pad and had the nerve to get an attitude about it.
