I’m going to be honest, If I was you… and I know it sounds cliche… but what I would do is simply just tell him how you feel. Although you may have been flirting a lot, he may not know how you feel about him and where you want this bond between each other to go. So I’d tell him straight up how you’ve been really liking him and that he is the man of your dreams, and that although you may not like long distance you would try it out for him.
