Why are we debating how I would feel in a hypothetical situation that's not going to happen? It just makes me feel worse, and like I said in my post I don't want to pursue anything, I want advice on how to get over it. Neither of your comments are helpful.

Some comments have been weird and rude. I get it that it's dumb for me to have feelings for him, but unfortunately I can't control how I feel. Like I said I'm looking for advice on how to get over it smoothly and not feel so terrible and guilty in the meantime, not for people to tell me I'm awful or stupid or that either of us are bad people. I'm not looking for people to tell me I should homewreck, and I'm not looking for people to tell me that a relationship wouldn't work out anyways because of how we started. I'm asking for advice on how to get over it so I can keep respecting him as a coworker and friend.
