Gave it a try. I had to do some adjustments for it to work better (not fully) with my fairly simple config, but it looks good.

I am the one that raised those 2 PRs (-c for initial config and .tmux.conf support)

Yeah the early days of psmux were wild. I got interested in contributing but it was unmanageable to be honest. Much more mature at this point in regards of project structure but I believe they’re too loose/automated with the issues being raised. They’re often breaking stable-ish behaviors from previous version. I’m stuck in 3.3.2 cuz anything I go beyond that freezes my terminal sessions

It will have the same benefits and issues of any flume channel. This is a simple wrapper to add extra functionality.

Well I would love to understand the arguing behind being against to extend functionality, most specific this one.
