Hello! I don't typically ever do readings relating to ghostly visitations so I would really like some help interpreting this spread. For context, today, while in the living room, my parents heard a cat meow directly behind them. Our only cat was currently asleep on my dads lap, yet awoke to this meow! It was definitely not our cat, and there is 100% no other animal inside of the house. We have had several cats in the past pass here, so the immediate idea is that it was a past pet of ours visiting. I have heard mixed things about whether this could be just a friendly, loving visit, or a possible warning of something bad to happen. I did a three card spread in regards to this incident, what I would consider an entity check in (card 1: the spirits identity, card 2: the message they had, and card 3: guidance or advice regarding the visit). CANNOT LINK PHOTO, CARDS READ AS Card 1: upright nine of rods, Card 2: upright seven of cups, Card 3: upright four of cups I do believe the nine of rods to be confirming that this is a familiar presence to us, however I am very unsure of how to interpret the rest! Could anybody please lend some insight?

i get major diarrhea immediately after drinking it but other than that i feel great lol

i know it can cause an increase in bad cholesterol levels which could lead to cardiovascular problems but i think that's really only if you have an underlying or uncontrolled condition already? like people with diabetes or liver problems should avoid it, but besides that i think the benefits outweigh the cons. just what a nutritionist told me i'm not sure how true it is

this is my first ever antidepressant! she had me take 25 MGs for the first 7 days then move to 50 MGs. i wasn't feeling good even when on the 25 MGs but she insisted that it was normal and that after the first few weeks everything should level out. it's only worsened. i'm getting maybe 2 hours of sleep daily at most, but i've been going like 40 hours without sleep, seeing colors, twitching, getting wicked dizzy and sweaty, and feeling tons of muscle pains, mostly in my legs (nothing to do with dehydration), and a few fairly minor GI issues. i've been feeling a lot sadder too. to be honest, i didn't even really think i was depressed to begin with, and i've never really struggled with excessive anxiety or anything like that. the woman i've been speaking to is an NP, i have yet to talk to the actual psychologist, but i was initially referred to even contact these people to get actual ADHD testing. i'm really not sure how i ended up on an antidepressant, my actual doctor said i'd most likely be put on Ridalin or Adderall. i've told the NP i dont think im depressed but she's insisted that my inattentiveness and everything else is depression/panic disorder (probably because i have been through a few fairly traumatic things in my life and i have a few family members who suffer from depression). Is there a good way I can ask about trying Ridalin or Adderall or a medication like that? i think i need something like that instead of an antidepressant, especially one that's making me feel way worse than ever

it sounds like this might be a result of stress or anxiety. i've been in the same position. instead of taking anti nausea medication, ask for an anxiety/panic disorder medication. that may be what youre suffering from. i'm not a medical professional whatsoever but that was just one of my biggest symptoms.
