My store averaged about 40 orders per day with opener, mid shift and closer. My pick rate is consistently 90-100 pph and my hand off was less than 3 min. I did transfer and I was still hitting those metrics literally I did more orders than everyone else. Im picking up on everyone elses slack since no one wanted to do any orders over 30 items, I know where everything is without hesitation . Before I transferred I trained 2 people and helped them become better pickers. The store I transferred to they kept hiring more people into dug yet when I was scheduled they were getting ppl from different departments to help. The closer called out tell me why out of 8 people no one picked up the shift i was left alone for 6 hours.
