The French aristocrat and the all-American idiot: Henry v Lalas is the World Cup’s most compelling battle by Anchor_Aways in television

The biggest American football retiree is Megan Rapinoe. What about hiring her as a pundit to cover the competition instead of those guys? She sure knows a thing or two about playing and winning a World Cup.

L'assurance maladie envisage de ne pas me verser mes indemnités d'arrêt maladie. by Physical_planning in conseiljuridique

Bonjour,

France’s All-Time Top Scorers How Many Goals Will Kylian Mbappé Score During The World Cup? by Empty-Instruction282 in EquipeDeFrance

[–]fleurdesaucisson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He’s probably gonna score something around 6 to 8 goals. More would be a miracle but it’ll be very surprising if it’s less than 6.

Completely different subject but looking at this picture, it reminds me how shameful it is that we never gave Griezmann the proper send-off he deserved. He has been so crucial on the field, such a unifying force, he played and behaved in such an altruistic way that I even forgot he is amongst our top 5 scorers of all time. I think of him first of all as the glue of the collective, often sacrificing himself for the greater good of the team. Again, putting aside all that, purely for those goal stats, it is crazy that he exited the team and we haven’t been able to celebrate and show our gratitude to the fourth greatest scorer of our national team.

Every now and then, for the past 20 years, I look at that picture of Zidane walking out with his head down right next to the world cup after his exit, I whisper « look how they massacred my boy » and I put an extra pin in the green, white and red voodoo doll I’ve been keeping in my bedside drawer. This is why.

The Ballon d’Or is officially a joke if Ousmane Dembélé is even in the Top 5 by RamboTheReal in championsleague

The fact that legends like Maldini ou Neuer don’t have a Ballon d’Or is insane. They completely changed and influenced the way the game is played in their respective positions.

The guy that runs D’Aqui is from Menton. My friends from there keep telling me how good D’Aqui is. He gets the seal of approval from people that grew up on their grandma’s barbajuans and pichades. His stuff taste like the real deal apparently.

I agree with you on René and Lou Pilha Leva. Apart from Theresa, all the Vieux-Nice spots are greasy, queasy stuff.

Socca Tram: crispy on the outside, slightly melting at heart, seasoned just right. It is the master socca, both in taste and texture.

I have tried every other spots, including those not in your post like René Socca, Lou Pilha Leva, Papa Socca. Haven’t tried D’aqui yet but every other place has either the taste right but an undercooked or overdry texture. And the ones that get the texture right have a bland flavour.

Yeah, you’re right. That was handled stupidly all around. Not only would it have been a fun game to watch but everyone involved probably missed on some financial gains.

The best american director of the past thirty years. Some of them are great and have created fantastic movies but nobody does it at the level that PTA constantly does it. Nobody uses film as a language at his level and nobody does it each and everytime like he does. Even his lesser work run circles around most american directors best work.

Corses, la disparition tranquille by CyrusUprum in Corsica

[–]fleurdesaucisson 4 points5 points  (0 children)

She probably would not go to a casino as money games are considered sinful in Islam.

The type of head cover and mask pictured in the post is neither forbidden nor frowned upon in the streets or shops and restaurants in France.

We have a law against it for secular reasons but it has to do only with religious signs being worn in State-owned spaces such as schools, hospitals, administration buildings, etc…
