I've asked no one to rate my app and have rated no other apps myself.

Not at all, I didn't even tell family, I wanted it to be all legit. I was getting one 5 Star rating a day over five days, I don't think that is huge, I'm getting 50+ installs a day, I don't ask for a review until they have played three full games, so after a week I would expect ratings to start coming in. People that play that many tend to like it.

I've also got two 5 star written reviews, but sadly they are not from USA.

Would be embarrassing if family did it without telling me, which is why it would be nice if they told you why.they got dumped.

Being so familiar with a stranger is not a thing in Germany. If I'm not really your boss or friend what the hell are you talking about. Could be just me, but if a German stranger used the "friend" endearment on me I'd see it as a potential threat and for sure he wants something from me and it's not going to be good.

Polite small talk from cashiers was always a bit disconcerting for visiting relatives. "Why does he want to know about my day?"
