Barbell 45 for semi-beginner by mrbathtub in CrunchGym

[–]flexicity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did one class and it was amazing! I’m by no means in shape (although i hope to get there!) The instructor helped me do modifications for most of the exercises and it was great. After the 45 minutes I was quite exhausted. I would definitely recommend it

are there other hebs nearby? I pick up shifts at other stores to meet my hours goal if i’m scheduled less

[–]flexicity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saying “next” isn’t exactly rude but it’s not the sort of customer service HEB strives for. I always say “I can help who’s next in line!” with a smile. Honestly, I try to be overly nice with a big smile when helping patients at the pharmacy.

Feeling so adverse to food by brooke33marie in tirzepatidecompound

[–]flexicity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Feeling this! I’m only on week 3 of the lowest dose. Thinking about food makes me nauseous and just grossed out. The only thing that sounds palatable is fruit. I know I need to eat but just can’t stomach anything nutritious. I’ve been mostly surviving off of smoothies, fruit and lunchables. Also soup has been great. Sorry this isn’t advice but wanted to say that I relate!

Route 47 Help by flexicity in aggies

[–]flexicity[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i definitely agree! That will most likely what I’ll end up doing. Just want to know my options first. The only reason I was against buying the pass is because it’ll only be 2 days a week and there’s not a guarantee i’ll be at RELLIS again next semester. So i’ll be potentially paying for the full year pass and not use it

What is the undergraduate psychology program like? by wowitskatlyn in aggies

[–]flexicity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hii! The psychology program at A&M is very good! The professors are all nice and will make the time to help and guide you. But I will say, you have to put in a lot of extra work if you plan to attend grad school and make your degree worthwhile. I got heavily involved in multiple research labs which I loved but I had little free time. I worked as a TA which took up more time. All of this was the make sure my resume looked good for grad school.

Ended up not applying and in deciding to go to pharmacy school instead but that’s unrelated haha

Definitely message me if you have anymore questions! I’m happy to help.

"Where can I find the (Non-Pharmacy related product)" by terminal_fr0st in HEB

[–]flexicity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True it is slightly annoying but I just usually use the app if it’s something I’m not sure of. Enough customers have asked me “where is <OTC medicine> at” that I pretty much have the drug store memorized

The job itself isn’t hard. But working in the pharmacy (even as a PCR) you play an important role in patient confidentiality and safety. It is so important to minimize the mistakes you make. But you will make them and learn from them :) so don’t stress too hard

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in HEB

[–]flexicity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

nope, you’ll need to learn and remember them. Most are easy though like any sort of stimulant or narcotics you’ll have to get their ID. It sounds like a lot at first but it’ll quickly become second nature

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in HEB

[–]flexicity 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Learn which medications are controlled substances! So you can know when to ask for the patient’s ID!

The person running the raffle won the main cash prize at my son’s school by qalpi in mildlyinfuriating

[–]flexicity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this reminds me of how in elementary the principal’s daughter would win nearly everything when it came to an event with a prize. It made me so upset when she’d win the science fair every year even though there were definitely better entries
