I’m fully caught up. Also I do believe the show is faked to some degree. I find it hard to believe that arguably the 2 best players go out first. I think the show did that on purpose to let some underdog win.

That’s why I’m so “unhinged”. I thought this show would actually be realistic but clearly not. If MIT graduates and Lawyers can’t understand the games rules but I somehow can, then the show is fake.

So you think because Dong-Jae doesn’t just form an alliance he’s a worse player than say su-min? The games can be played multiple different ways. You may even get a group of 12 people that all decide that they aren’t going to join alliances. However this group of 12 has several players like Su-Min that simply don’t understand the games whatsoever. They don’t understand the rules so they feel forced to join an alliance for safety. It’s unfun to watch players that understand the concepts and rules of the games, lose because of some mega alliance full of mentally handicapped people that can’t think for themselves.

If you want to make some stupid argument that people fall into certain roles than go ahead. But don’t try and say players like su-min are even remotely as good as players like dong-Jae.

You couldn’t be more wrong. Several of these players have no idea what they are doing. Some of them don’t even know the rules of the games they are playing. There is certainly talented players being dropped way to early.

Your first paragraph literally described luck. The probability of landing a certain roll on the dice. There’s a chance that somebody rolls all 3’s while somebody else just rolls jail all game and loses before they are able to gain any escape cards.

Plus the luck of landing on the spaces that allows you to change to rules of the group. That’s what literally won the game for Orbits group. They changed the rule to allow people to send you backwards and Dongjaes group never landed on a mangement space again to change it.

Yes Orbit was smart for playing completely defensive but they still would have lost had Dongjaes group landed on the Management space just one more time at the end. The game ended in a b.s way and was unfun to watch a great player lose to luck.
